1. Acceptance of Terms

By entering or using the services of Rainbow Park, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. The management reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time, and updates will be published through official channels.

2. Admission & Tickets

• All visitors are required to purchase a valid entry ticket.

• Tickets are non-refundable once used for entry.

• Tickets are valid for one day only, unless otherwise stated.

• Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

3. Safety Rules

• Visitors must follow all instructions provided by Rainbow Park staff at all times.

• Outside food and beverages are not allowed, except in special cases (e.g., medical needs).

• Smoking or carrying hazardous materials is strictly prohibited.

• The management is responsible for maintaining rides, but visitors are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their children by following safety instructions.

4. Liability

• Rainbow Park is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.

• The park is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to comply with safety instructions.

• In the event of a ride or attraction being closed due to technical issues or emergencies, compensation will be offered in accordance with the ticketing policy.

5. Memberships & Offers

• The park may offer monthly/annual memberships or special promotions.

• Memberships are personal and non-transferable.

• The management reserves the right to cancel memberships in cases of misuse.

Privacy Policy – Rainbow Park

• We collect certain information when you purchase tickets or memberships (such as name, phone number, and email) for the following purposes:

  • Issuing tickets and invoices.

  • Communicating regarding offers or operational updates.

  • Ensuring visitor safety.

• We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

• Security cameras may be used within the park strictly for safety and security reasons.

• Visitors have the right to request modification or deletion of their personal data in accordance with local laws.

Return & Exchange Policy – Rainbow Park

1. Tickets

• Before entry date: Tickets can be exchanged or refunded within 7 days of purchase, provided they have not been used.

• After entry: Tickets are non-refundable.

2. Memberships

• Memberships can be canceled within 14 days of purchase if they have not been used.

• If partially used, the refund will be calculated after deducting the value of the days or visits used.

3. Merchandise (if applicable)

• Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days with the original receipt, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

• In the event of park closure due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions or emergency maintenance), visitors will be compensated with either an extension of their membership or a replacement entry
  voucher.
